Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with the items on your order, you may return them within 90 days of delivery.  Returns must be in new, unwashed, and resalable condition to receive a full refund. Items returned to LAX SO HARD that do not meet the above requirements will be assessed a restocking fee at our discretion. The return of defective, mislabeled, or incorrect items must be authorized by a customer service representative, and be reported within 10 days of receiving your order. Instructions, shipping labels, and replacements will be handled on a case-by-case basis to ensure quality service and satisfaction. 

RETURNING FOR A REFUND
All items that are returned for a refund will have the credit applied to the original form of payment (Credit Card, Paypal, etc..) unless requested otherwise. Once your return shipment is received at our warehouse, it is processed within 1-3 business days. Please allow another 2-4 days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement or be applied to your Paypal balance.

RETURNING FOR AN EXCHANGE
You can also return your items in exchange for other items. Assuming the items you are requesting are in-stock, we usually get the exchange shipment out with 2-4 days upon receiving your items. Shipping charges for exchange orders are the same as regular orders, standard shipping to you is free. Please call us at 855-529-4273 if you have any questions.

HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE AN ITEM:
Please complete the Return / Exchange Form that was included in your order. Include it with your shipment, and please wrap securely. If possible, include your original order receipt as well.

Please note that if you purchased your LAX SO HARD product(s) from a local store, we request that you work through that dealer on any return issue, if possible. If you purchase an item through our website, unfortunately it cannot be returned at a local store. Thanks for your understanding!
